Conductive metal powder patterning electrophotography technology ZEOMET

Afit succeeded conductive metal powder patterning by using electrophotography technology. This is our invention of super technology.

Currently, toner powder in digital copier and laser printer is made by high electrical resistance material. This high electrical resistivity causes electrostatic charge on toner.The current technology is using electro static force to make image pattern. Since metal powder is conductive, it was difficult to make image.

This technology can make image by using various metal material such a cupper powder, nikkel,alminum ...so on. In addition to metal powder, conductive plastic material and nano carbon ...also can make pattern.

Many applications will be expected.

Development of high resolution digital Photoconductor

Product development of high resolution digital photoconductor is developing. This technology showed high resolution 4,400dpi on photoconductor. New conceptual material is attached.

High resolution can generate the line width less than 10 micron meter.

This theoritical analysis result presented in international conference. Afit got award from Imaging Society Japan as "Best Paper 2009".
